We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our HR function as a People Operations Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at Deputy.
- Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
- Manage employee data in Rippling while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure employee experience processes are met, including referral payments, sign-on bonuses, etc.
- Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
