Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role will support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
Key Activities
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS systems.
  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes (e.g., referral payments, sign-on bonuses).
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in HRIS systems to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
  • Lattice administration including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations via 'Updates'.
Employee Relations
  • Triage Zendesk tickets within 24 hours.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with preferred HRIS platforms is beneficial.
