Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our healthcare team in a clerical role. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources and excellent organizational skills.

  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with HR tasks including employee onboarding, personnel file management, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure all healthcare documentation is complete, compliant, and accurate.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to streamline administrative processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with employee relations activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role within a healthcare setting.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
