Detailed Responsibilities
  • Design seamless funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing through effective integration and workflow management.
  • Implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution efficiency.
  • Create real-time dashboards for monitoring pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to synchronize systems and strategies.
  • Automate key processes to boost efficiency and empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Oversee the lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior leadership.
  • Analyze sales performance (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
  • Test sales and marketing automations within Pipedrive.
  • Document standard operating procedures in Confluence.
  • Mentor and develop Revenue Operations Analysts.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in a senior analyst or lead role with team coaching and mentorship.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • HubSpot and/or Clay experience is advantageous.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • A passion for automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
  • A proactive problem-solver and go-getter who excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a hands-on, adaptable mindset.
