Job Title: HR Director

The primary role of the HR Director is to provide strategic leadership and support in various human resource functions, encompassing recruitment and selection, staffing, training, performance monitoring, employee counseling, and maintaining HR files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies.
  • Manage a team of junior HR managers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational goals and objectives.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, ensuring seamless operational execution.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, as well as other aspects of human resource operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of human resource management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
