Job Overview

Are you looking for a career that combines technical expertise with teamwork and collaboration? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to join our team as a Linux System Administrator.

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our systems and infrastructure. This includes handling all IT work including firewall, security, and users VPN from home and from office.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration and connectivity between applications.
  • Working closely with the IT director on IT projects, including new suggestions, overall design, and reports via Jira and email.
  • Resolving issues in collaboration with DevOps and support teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as an IT staff member.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux OS flavors including Red Hat/CentOS 6, 7, 8, Ubuntu.
  • Excellent scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Knowledge of Fortigate firewall setup and basic WiFi knowledge.
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
