About the Role
  • Create engaging customer-focused social content.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors to develop creative content ideas and produce compelling copy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop creative content ideas, prepare calendars, and produce compelling copy.
  • Strategy Execution: Support content strategists, apply SEO best practices, manage paid media, and collaborate with agencies.
  • Community Management and Influencer Engagement: Manage interactions, identify influencers, and liaise with agencies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule and distribute content, ensure efficient resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Digital Content Creator / Art Director.
  • Experience working on high-profile client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
