Head of Customer Experience

We are seeking a Head of Customer Experience to join our team in Metro Manila. As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our call centre serving the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
This role requires you to drive operational excellence, optimise performance, and ensure exceptional customer service across our BFSI business lines. You will oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of the BFSI call centre, ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
A minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior call centre or operations management role, preferably within the BFSI industry, is required. A proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving key performance targets is essential.
