Transportation Operations Coordinator

This role involves coordinating the transportation of vehicles and ensuring the accurate processing of related invoices for disposal vehicles.

  • Coordinate vehicle transportation
  • Process related invoices for disposal vehicles
  • Terminate vehicles within set KPIs and prepare for sale, applying all applicable UFW&T charges
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations governing vehicle sales
  • Manage internal processes and reporting for vehicle sales to minimize repair costs and vehicle expenditure

The ideal candidate will possess experience in logistics or stock management and have strong customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
