Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of vehicles and processing related invoices.

You will work closely with our Remarketing Manager to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.


Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle transport and process related invoices.
  • Terminate vehicles within established KPIs and prepare them for sale.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding vehicle sales.
  • Manage internal processes and reporting for vehicle sales, minimizing repair costs and expenditure.
  • Manage returned vehicle stock and complete monthly reports.
  • Identify and recommend best practices to improve workflow and price achievement.
  • Participate in system development, testing, and improvement activities as needed.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Timely and accurate processing of fleet administration tasks.
  • Achieving trade-in volume targets and reporting accuracy.
  • Effective stock management and reporting.

Requirements
  • Logistics or stock management experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position, requiring a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
