Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Pitch additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience.
  • Structure loans and manage them through various stages to ensure funding.
  • Prepare loans for contracting, review documents, and track progress.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also have the opportunity to develop your sales skills by presenting benefits of loan options and selling additional products.

Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
