Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align customer business goals to current and future product capabilities
  • Encourage customers to utilize new features that drive business forward
  • Provide insight and relay customer feedback to internal teams
  • Evaluate churn and downsell risk for each customer and address dissatisfaction or feature gaps
  • Develop plans to ensure customers successfully adopt our platform
  • Conduct regular cadences and customer success reviews
  • Build strong customer relationships and trust

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Contact Center technology required
  • 3-5 yrs. direct enterprise-level customer success experience for a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management
