We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and business growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive adoption of our product technology stack to ensure customers maximize return on investment.
  • Manage Adoption Campaigns through regular updates in Salesforce.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews, executing on mutual success plans, and addressing technical demands.
  • Mitigate churn risk and protect portfolio Monthly Recurring Revenue growth.
  • Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for valued customers.
  • Project Management - quarterback internal and external initiatives.
  • Act as sales liaison, build internal relationships to drive growth expansion inside accounts, manage partner relationships to support premium customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience.
  • A proven track record of success with exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals.
  • Driven by personal, team, and company achievement with a commitment to excellence.
  • Possess a rare blend of technical expertise and sales acumen wrapped in a strong customer-centric mentality.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and situational awareness skills.
  • Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues.
  • Experience interacting with and influencing C-level executives.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with understanding of best practices.
  • Excellent presentation skills - from small to large audiences.
  • Ability to lead, manage, or influence both internal resources and customer resources to achieve successful outcomes.
