Job Title: Financial Business Partner

Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Support senior finance leaders in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product-focused teams.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  • Work closely with the financial control and business support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline month-end processes, and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strongly driven and detail-oriented, consistently producing accurate, high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA to support career development.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude, ideally with a background in FP&A or a similar role.
