About the Role

We are seeking a senior associate to join our financial services product team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class products that meet our customers' needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive product initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring successful iterations and timely delivery. You will also serve as the customer advocate within and outside the organization, fostering relationships with cross-functional teams and empowering them to deliver innovative solutions.

To achieve this goal, you will work closely with business stakeholders, portfolio managers, operations teams, finance experts, UX designers, peer product managers, legal and compliance specialists, and industry partners to design products that meet business and consumer needs while minimizing associated risks.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its evolving trends.
  • Identify opportunities and threats to our business and create strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience working in digital financial start-ups or related industries is highly desirable.
