Overview

Associate Product Manager | Onsite | Ortigas | Night Shift — The Construction Index Ltd

Responsibilities
  • Supports product management for assigned products in development, launch, and lifecycle management; collaborates with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, sales, data management, and supply chain.
  • Handles product lifecycle tasks across channels in the US, Canada, and the UK: collects product attributes (weight, dimensions, costs, images), updates item master data in NetSuite, runs sales and profit reports in Profit Optics, and maintains the Product Information Management (PIM) system weekly.
  • Executes go-to-market initiatives for new and focused products, including developing product literature, updating website content, PowerPoint slides, launch packets, and weekly website updates.
  • Tracks key metrics such as monthly product sales and gross profit vs. targets, discontinuation reporting, weekly project timelines, and data-driven insights using Profit Optics and BI tools.
  • Supports the sales team daily with product information, responds to customer questions by referencing data from the PH website or ERP (NetSuite), coordinates with sourcing or brand teams, and provides cross-reference lists for the sales and national accounts teams.
  • Assists product managers with reporting, product information, and analysis to support product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  • Conducts market and competitor research, gathers user feedback from the sales team or key opinion leaders, and identifies growth opportunities for the assigned portfolio.
  • Participates in cross-functional teams (segment marketing, digital marketing, brand, data management, finance, sourcing) to ensure projects are delivered on time and commitments are met weekly.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience; Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional proactive communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Strong background in executive and office administration across multiple time zones
  • Industry experience in fintech, financial services, banking, or tech companies preferred
  • Excellent PowerPoint capabilities and strong computer skills (Google Suite, Notion, Asana, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/Content Management Systems
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility with shifting priorities
  • Excellent command of oral and written English; ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and external partners
  • High level of independence, autonomy, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Keen to learn continuously; passion for working with people
