JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Development Associate is responsible for supporting the development and expansion of the company's product portfolio beyond LED lighting, focusing on related construction materials such as electrical wiring devices, plumbing and sanitary products, rechargeable solutions, and more. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, identifying product opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential product opportunities within the construction materials space.

  2. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to gather data, evaluate product feasibility, and support development processes.

  3. Assist in product evaluation, testing, and benchmarking in coordination with technical and sourcing teams.

  4. Prepare product briefs, specifications, and reports to guide development and decision making.

  5. Support go-to-market strategies, including documentation, training materials, and product positioning.

  6. Monitor industry trends and customer needs to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.

  7. Participate in meetings and supplier engagements, representing the company's product development objectives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields

Professional Experience: - Experience is a plus but not required; internship or exposure to product development, market research, or related functions is an advantage Skills Required: - Strong research and analytical skills - Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
