Job Overview

Product Management Professional is a full-time role that requires working closely with cross-functional teams to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management. This role involves managing multiple deliverables and deadlines while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle for assigned products across various channels.
  • Collect information from vendors and product managers for item setup, including product attributes such as weight, dimensions, cost, images, substitutions, and discontinuations.
  • Perform system updates in NetSuite to ensure accurate item master data.
  • Run sales and profit reports using Profit Optics and maintain the PIM tool on a weekly basis.
  • Develop product literature, update website content, create PowerPoint slides, and assemble launch packets for new and focus products.
  • Update website content regularly.
  • Track key metrics, including monthly product sales, gross profit performance versus target, and discontinuation reporting.
  • Monitor project timelines and measure standardization success through data analysis.
  • Identify item substitutes for discontinued products and analyze product performance using sales data.
  • Generate actionable insights from reporting tools like Profit Optics and BI tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, including data analytics.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
