Key Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to drive our growth in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key player in our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.

  • You will lead online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking efforts to discover and engage with potential clients.
  • Support senior sales team members in building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Ensure CRM records are up to date with accurate lead and client information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead-generation campaigns in the APAC region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients.
  • Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or HR Tech).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Eagerness to learn, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
