Job Role Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead sales initiatives in assigned regions. As Regional Sales Director, your goal will be to drive revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with dealers and farmers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust dealer and farmer partnerships
  • Conduct field visits and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Serve as liaison between customers and company stakeholders, ensuring feedback is effectively communicated
  • Provide actionable insights on competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer needs
Priorities:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Agriculture or Business Administration
  • Proven front-line sales experience, preferably within the agricultural sector
  • Familiarity with regional farming practices, cooperatives, and equipment requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within designated region
