Office Manager and Virtual Assistant Position

The role of an Office Manager and Virtual Assistant involves providing exceptional administrative support to our management team. You will be responsible for managing daily admin tasks, handling inboxes and calls, coordinating travel, managing data and reports, and supporting occasional social media scheduling, basic graphic design, and newsletter creation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple email accounts and responding to inquiries
- Creating engaging newsletters and EDM's using graphic design software
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and scheduling meetings
- Monitoring online orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Screening phone calls and directing them to the relevant personnel
- Conducting research and generating reports using computer software
- Maintaining professional communication with clients and colleagues
- Data management, including data entry, extraction, and analysis
- Social media management and design
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant
- Graphic design experience
- An associate degree in a related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Amenable to working in Manila or Cebu office
