Select Virtual Assistants is a leading provider of remote support services. As a Virtual Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, handling phone calls and emails, and managing day-to-day maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Request Coordination: Ensure timely and effective communication between tenants and maintenance teams.
- Maintenance Tracking: Track and document maintenance issues and resolutions.
- Scheduling and Completion: Oversee the scheduling and completion of maintenance tasks.
- Status Updates: Provide regular updates to property managers on maintenance status.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of maintenance activities and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience with property management platforms (preferably AppFolio).
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in property management and Real Estate Industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
