
Business Partnership Manager

This role is a key member of the Partner Success team, supporting the success and growth of B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.
We are seeking an experienced Business Partnership Manager to define and execute the Partner Success strategy for our e-commerce business, maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption, and increasing overall revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within our organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a strong candidate with:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English required.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel and e-commerce industries, with a strong focus on partnership development and management.
