What You Will Do

  • Develop Bank & Brand Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with banks and brands to drive business growth and expand market reach.
  • Drive Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with banking and brand partners to enhance customer acquisition and increase sales.
  • Strategize Partnership Growth: Create comprehensive strategies to develop partnerships based on customer behavior, market insights, and industry trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and sales, to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Execute End-to-End Partnership Process: Oversee the complete partnership lifecycle, from lead generation and contract negotiation to integration and post-campaign analysis.
  • Leverage Technology for Integration: Use in-house technology to facilitate seamless integration with partner systems, ensuring efficient execution of partnership programs.
  • Monitor & Optimize Partner Success: Continuously monitor partnership performance, measure KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and impact.
  • Develop New Relationships: Identify new partnership opportunities, expand the partner network, and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in banking and brand industries.
  • Maintain Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the banking and brand sectors.
  • Foster Internal & External Communication: Ensure strong communication within the team and with external partners, maintaining transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in partnership development, marketing execution, and relationship management.

What You Will Need

  • Experience in Bank & Brand Partnerships: 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, or marketing with a focus on banking and brand partnerships.
  • Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with banks and brands, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and develop growth strategies for partnerships that align with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to optimize marketing programs and measure partnership success.
  • Results-Oriented: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results, with a strong ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Passion for Innovation & Excellence: Consistently strives for high performance and excellence in all aspects of partnership and marketing activities.
  • Strong Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across teams and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and high-performance work environment.
  • Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of the banking sector and brand partnerships, with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities.
