Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Partnership Specialist to play a vital role in managing our vendor relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, and driving business success through collaborative partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:- Vendor Management: Coordinate transitions, complete information security questionnaires, and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Procurement of New Partners: Evaluate potential solutions, conduct competitive analysis, and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Partnership Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, hold regular meetings with partners, and monitor compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Change Management: Support stakeholders in managing transitions between partners, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.
- Contract Administration: Understand key terms and conditions, and ensure partners adhere to contractual obligations.
Familiarity with information security responsibilities as outlined in relevant documents.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
