Job Overview

As a Deskside Technician, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software support services to our clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support services to clients including break/fix troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
  • Implement virus detection and eradication procedures to ensure the security of our clients' systems
  • Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot printer and peripheral device failures and implement repair solutions to ensure seamless operation
  • Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or vocational in IT-related courses is preferred
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  3. Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
  4. At least 1-3 years of experience in IT support, deskside support, or a similar role within a BPO environment
  5. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  6. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop support tools
  7. Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar)
  8. Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
  9. Experience in handling Active Directory (account creation, password resets, group policies)
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure BPO environment
  11. Shift flexibility and schedule adherence are required for the position
