Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist involves providing high-level technical support to customers who use our products, including Tosca, QTest/Vera, and Neoload.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, processing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical inquiries, cases, and requests from customers. You will collaborate with customers to deliver superior customer experience by leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, design, and functional support. They should also possess good research skills and above-average problem-solving skills to handle simple to complex customer cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support via email, chat, and phone
  • Collaborating with the R&D team and Customer Success on customer-related issues and tasks
  • Supporting various software configurations and running appropriate testing & diagnostics

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering, and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in technical, application, or product support in a customer-facing role.

Additional requirements include prior experience or familiarity with Tricentis TOSCA, knowledge of Distributed Exchange, API/OSV, VisionAI, Mobile Dev, SAP, Host Engines, Database, Mail Engines, Document Imaging, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle concepts.
