-Has experience in IT and electronic publishing, and project delivery
-Knowledge in key process industry (e.g., IT and airline) issues and emerging trends is an advantage
-Well adept in analyzing problems, developing and simplifying procedures, and finding novel solutions to improve processes and performance;
-Communicates very well with all levels of staff, departments, and stakeholders;
-Very good documentation tools skill set – applications and software used to produce technical and creative documents.
