  • Incident Tracking and Database Entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, with 2 Years of Experience.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • Customer Service Expertise.
  • Ability to Meet Performance Criteria Consistently.
  • Familiarity with PC Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Technical Support, Ticketing Systems and Prior BPO Experience.
