Job Overview

The role of Remote Production Coordinator involves overseeing and managing daily team operations, encompassing tasks related to purchasing, production, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor order status and document order confirmations and vendor communications
  • Verify accuracy of purchase orders and ensure they are issued to suppliers with correct client artwork files
  • Assist in contacting suppliers and vendors to obtain order status, proof, and tracking information for in-house orders
  • Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics
  • Provide timely support, research, and feedback on order progress, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries
  • Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports to ensure all projects meet on-time delivery requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases
  • Add products to digital catalogs, ensuring accurate pricing, product details, and high-quality images
  • Create client-specific lookbooks tailored to project needs, showcasing curated merchandise with branding recommendations
  • Design and apply simple logo or text mockups to products for visual presentation in catalogs and client proposals
  • Maintain and update catalog content regularly to reflect new product offerings, trends, and seasonal campaigns

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience in a promotional, customer service, or order management role.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, along with basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva, is expected.
