Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage instructor coordination, student progress tracking, and exceptional customer service for seamless program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate instructors, track student progress, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Support regional operations by performing payroll functions, managing schedules, and creating/updating records with students and teachers.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitor academic progress, and help execute programs and initiatives effectively.
  • Maintain company standards, including people, financial, and academic requirements.
  • Foster open communication with students and parents to resolve conflicts positively.
Requirements:
  • Preferably experienced in handling payroll through ADP provider.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize multiple responsibilities successfully and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Proficient in using all communication media and building engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years progressive career growth, and experience working in virtual operations environment.
