Job Description

This is a key role within the Customer Success department, which aims to provide a seamless customer experience through effective operational management. The Delivery Operations Specialist will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of delivery processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and planning abilities. They should have a collaborative mindset and be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will support the design and implementation of operational tools and processes, maintain and improve automations and trackers, and contribute to reporting and insights that drive business decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
