We are seeking a skilled eCommerce Performance Specialist to oversee the creation, management, and optimization of our online store.

The successful candidate will focus on improving user experience and boosting conversions through effective product listings, third-party integrations, and website performance. Responsibilities include managing product data, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing marketing strategies based on data analysis.

About the Role
  • Manage and update the online store, ensuring products and integrations are accurate and functional.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers as needed.
  • Optimize site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to improve conversions.
  • Run A/B testing to identify weaknesses and enhance usability.
  • Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Monitor store performance using analytics tools; create reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing an online store, including product data, inventory, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers.
  • Proficient in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
