About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Product Upload Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ecommerce operations, you will play a critical role in expanding our product catalog by uploading high-quality products to our BigCommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload products to BigCommerce, including accurate and descriptive titles, compelling descriptions, and relevant pricing information
  • Organize and upload product images, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and meet our brand standards
  • Add SEO-friendly alt text to enhance image visibility and user experience
  • Review product listings for accuracy and consistency, making necessary corrections to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Liaise with suppliers to gather essential product information, including price sheets, product details, and image files
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely product launches and updates
Requirements
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms, preferably BigCommerce or similar platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Familiarity with uploading and optimizing product listings, including text, images, and alt text
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple product uploads efficiently
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining open communication with the team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
