We are seeking a driven and results-focused individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Growth Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for e-commerce, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to merge finance and marketing perspectives to build forecasted strategies and achieve goals.
The Ecommerce Growth Manager will be responsible for driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. This includes leading the development of accurate forecasts, ensuring seamless execution of strategies, and maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance and strategy adjustments.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be naturally curious, open to feedback, and able to implement it proactively. You should also demonstrate resourcefulness, independently refine skills, and thrive in a self-managed environment with autonomy and initiative.
Key qualifications include fluency in English, persuasive presentation abilities, emotional intelligence, and experience across domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, and media buying.
