We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Campaign Marketing Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and launch compelling online marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives.
  • Onsite Content Management: Oversee the execution of onsite campaigns to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and implement best practices through experimentation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven success in eCommerce onsite campaign marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. They will also possess a blend of creativity with a sharp analytical mindset, effective cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for online shopping.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.

Key Requirements:
  • eCommerce Marketing Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven success in eCommerce onsite campaign marketing.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Capable of proactively setting direction and managing daily tasks.
  • Creative & Data-Driven: A blend of creativity with a sharp analytical mindset.
  • Organizational Agility & Interpersonal Skills: Effective cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
  • Passion for Online Shopping: Ideally someone who loves finding the best deals.
  • AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. machine learning) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
