Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth initiatives and develop business partnerships across national retail accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation within cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish KITSCH as a leader in the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and develop aligned product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
