About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Support Technician. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. They will also be expected to document all customer communications accurately and thoroughly into the Support Ticketing system.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relevant knowledge and skills to create solutions to technical/customer problems and queries. You will work closely with our team to identify complex technical issues and escalate them to Support Engineers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
