Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with managers to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to standard operating procedures, training resources, and team communication
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience required
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
