Job Description

The Campus Outreach Coordinator plays a pivotal role in forging connections with students and cultivating partnerships with educational institutions. This dynamic opportunity demands strong communication skills, confidence in presenting to professionals and students, and experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and engage career advisors, student placement centers, and relevant departments at colleges, universities, and trade schools.
  2. Present the RidenRoll opportunity as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
  3. Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups.
  4. Establish and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts.
  5. Distribute marketing materials (flyers, digital brochures, campus boards).
  6. Provide weekly progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and driver onboarding teams to ensure a seamless application process for student referrals.
