Early Careers & Campus Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Early Careers & Campus Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies while partnering with clients in the recruitment process.

This is a fixed-term position that requires coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process from campus outreach to final offers. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.

The Early Careers & Campus Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Managing ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
  • Keeping stakeholders updated on relevant processes
  • Managing day-to-day queries and escalating where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement within the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective English business communication, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Amenability to work on a fixed-term contract
