Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Nurse Recruiter Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled healthcare professionals from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit international healthcare workers including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals.
  • Source candidates through reputable job boards, social media platforms, and referrals from trusted sources within the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments (if qualified) to ensure alignment with our global standards and partner requirements.
  • Coordinate with training, migration, and deployment teams to ensure seamless candidate processing and efficient deployment.
  • Ensure candidates meet all relevant qualifications and country-specific compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a strong and diverse candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets and priorities.
  • Support marketing campaigns for healthcare recruitment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience and skills may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes and ability to navigate complex regulations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
