Talent acquisition is a strategic process of finding and attracting top talent for an organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing job postings, identifying qualified candidates, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop job descriptions that align with business needs.
  • Utilize various channels to engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
  • Compose effective email communications to attract passive candidates.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Promote job openings through company career pages, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role demands and deliver top talent.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT) with proven results.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
  • Experience with performance management systems and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
