About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pricing expert to join our sales support team. As a Pricing Associate Temp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are completed within defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Evaluate exceptions as needed in coordination with commercial managers and higher management.
  • Use CRM systems to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions.
  • Support a 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shifts as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Able to commit to fixed-term employment - 3 months.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitasking and show initiative.
  • Strong team player with professional English speaking and writing skills.
