Job Title: Pricing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Sales Support team as a Pricing Associate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the field sales force in ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are completed within the defined process and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including commercial managers and higher management. You will also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Educate salespeople on contract details and support them in making informed decisions.
  • Use CRM software to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with sales teams to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a contract, data or commercial administration role.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with contract software and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
