Pricing Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Specialist to facilitate global expansion for companies. Our team supports international operations with an unparalleled focus on customer experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role within Business Operations, working closely with Sales Leadership, Deal Leads, Partner Management, Solution Architects, and Service Delivery. This remote role involves producing accurate pricing models/quotes for in-flight deals in a timely manner.

  • Produce client-specific pricing templates for non-standard deals, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness.
  • Maintain internal client-facing pricing bases to ensure up-to-date pricing and compliance requirements are met.
  • Monitor Salesforce to manage the queue of pricing requests, working with colleagues on allocation of work.
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate as a team player, ensuring pricing tools reflect changes to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Partner Management and solution architects to maintain internal client-facing pricing base to ensure pricing is up to date and pricing requests are complete in requested scope and compliance requirements.
  • Continually contribute to process improvements and participate as a team player, ensuring pricing tools are reflective of any changes to improve user experience
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional pricing experience, including some experience in international expansion.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Very comfortable working with tight deadlines.
  • Experience as a paralegal within the International Expansion industry, preferred.
  • Experience in CRM and quote technology preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and detailed-oriented.
  • Extremely strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Experience and desire to work cross-functionally with experts from Sales and Operations.
