Pricing Specialist Role

The role of the Pricing Specialist is pivotal within Business Operations at a leading organization, requiring close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Deal Leads, Partner Management, Solution Architects and Service Delivery. The primary objective is to develop accurate pricing models/quotes for in-flight deals in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate client pricing templates for non-standard deals, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness.
  • Collaborate with Partner Management and solution architects to maintain an up-to-date internal client-facing pricing base, ensuring pricing requests are complete in the requested scope and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor salesforce to manage the queue of pricing requests, working with colleagues on the allocation of work.
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate as a team player, ensuring pricing tools are reflective of any changes to improve user experience.
  • Participate as a project team member to implement a new pricing technology platform.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years of professional pricing experience, including some experience in international expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience as a paralegal within the International Expansion industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in CRM and quote technology is beneficial.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability and desire to work cross-functionally with experts from Sales and Operations.
