Key Responsibilities:

  • The Educational Project Manager plays a critical part in launching new projects by managing tutors, planning program efficacy, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
  • The project manager supports Regional Operations by providing high-quality academic services to students and their families.
  • Operates effectively in a virtual environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensures timely delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Meets operational excellence standards and provides remote administrative support to Regional Operations.
  • Effectively manages class schedules, staff sessions, and tutoring sessions.
  • Monitors students' progress and ensures seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Conducts conferences with partner directors to review progress and adjust academic plans.
  • Builds strong relationships with students and their families, fostering open communication and effective conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop comprehensive SOPs.
  • Effective time management, planning, and prioritization.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize key objectives and adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Proficient in using various communication media, including in-person, phone, and video.
  • Ability to build trust and engagement in virtual relationships.
  • Works well with others and has a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment beneficial.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
