Job Title

The Client Retention Lead is responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shaping the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, building lasting partnerships with clients across global markets, and creating pathways for assistant growth and development.
