Medical Operations Manager

The role of Medical Operations Manager requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of virtual assistants. This involves aligning their performance with client expectations, which is essential for business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and planning to meet client-set targets.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists that promote productivity and profitability.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to grow their businesses through Global Medical's services.
  • Manage relationships between medical clients and virtual assistants.
  • Mitigate client concerns, anticipate growth opportunities, identify patterns, handle situations effectively, and negotiate as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • Have at least three years of experience in healthcare management, remote management, or a related field.
  • Be highly proficient in English language skills (written and oral).
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals.
  • Be a self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and highly motivated.
  • Training and Development experience is preferred but not required.
  • Exhibit the ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions when necessary.
  • Be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
